Rates

Our rates are extremely affordable.  We also work fast, yet accurately.  The combination of both those factors will almost always result in the lowest fees you can pay in Cape Town for a top-notch accounting and tax service.

The rates below are our base rates.  These rates can be adjusted based on the client’s risk profile, the work leading up the service being rendered and the source of the information used to deliver the service:

Bookkeeping per hour – R250

Accounting per hour – R490

Financial Statements (per hour – usually takes between 6 to 10 hours) – R520

Individual Income Tax Submission – base rate R350 (add R75 per addition to return and hourly rate for vehicle log books)

Business Income Tax Returns – R650

Base hourly rate for admin related work (includes applications and reports) – R450

All-In-One Tender Service – Base starter pack – R2 650 once off
